as a result of the above event, which produced an enormous amount of information, these pages are undergoing a complete revision.  I have left a few of the original pages, which just require updating, but there is a great deal more to come which will take me some time to sort, assimilate and load.
More information from interested contributors world wide has been coming via the website. I am presently recovering from a Christmas hip replacement operation which hopefully will allow me to regain mobility and concentration both much missed throughout 2009.  Both are requirements for building this sort of website.   DS
